As the name suggests, a double sided fireplace (also known as a “see-through”) allows you to view and enjoy a cozy fire from two sides. It’s often used in a wall between two rooms – having it fitted in a separating wall means you’re effectively adding heat to both rooms – or as an attractive centre piece in the middle of a room.
