Piazzetta Chef is a traditional wood fired oven made from high quality refractory material with a double air chamber for greater heat dispersion. It has a large door, with ceramic glass and internal temperature gauge and is supplied with manually-operated flue gas adjustment and tool set.
The oven is delivered and supplied dry assembled in either 11 pieces ( 102cm oven ) or 8 pieces ( 72cm oven).
The pizza oven needs to be reassembled in its location and the joints filled with a fire clay that is supplied with the pizza oven.
Part of the installation does require the oven to be protected from the outside elements by building a sealed cladding around the pizza oven. It is recommended to use dry blue gum in the pizza oven for maximum heat output. The oven can be used in addition to a pizza most dishes which can include breads, meat, chicken , fish and so much more. It will generally take 45 -60 min to preheat the oven to 300 degrees which is the required heat for pizza.
